Tip of the week: Obligation for employers drawing contribution from "First Aid" project
In an effort to help employers while maintaining employment during the corona crisis, the government provided a set of measures called First Aid. You can read more about these measures in this section of our website.
In the case where the employer drew job maintenance contributions for the period March to June 2020 (First Aid project) the relevant Labor, Social Affairs and Family Office during the December 2020 recall the recipient of the allowance (employer) to cooperate in the provision of statistics on all employees whose employer has indicated in the application for a financial contribution to maintain jobs.
This obligation also applies to self-employed person who do not have an employment relationship with any natural person (they state statistical data about themselves).
The deadline for providing data is extended from 11.01.2021 to a new term until 31.03.2021.
