The Government of the Slovak Republic has approved a change in the conditions for supporting the maintenance of employment within the First Aid project for the eligible months of November and December 2021. Due to the worsening pandemic situation, contributions will be paid in the amount of First aid + except measure 3B:

• Under measures 1 and 3A, employers may claim a contribution to the reimbursement of wage costs per employee in the amount of 80% of the total labor price up to a maximum of EUR 1,100
• Under measure 2 (for self-employed persons), the amount of the contribution depends on the percentage of decrease in sales up to a maximum of EUR 810
• Under measure 4, applicants are entitled to a flat-rate allowance of EUR 315
• Measure 3B remains suspended
• Employers may continue to claim the allowance for employees who took up employment on 1 October 2021 at the latest
• At the same time, business entities that started their activities after 1 February 2021, but no later than 1 October 2021, can apply for contributions.
