Tip of the week: Don’t forget the changes in the Commercial Code and the Commercial Register Act!

At the end of last year, through our articles and newsletter, we repeatedly alerted our clients to upcoming changes concerning companies and organizational units, which came into force on 1st of October 2020. If you have overlooked the information, you can read about it by clicking HERE and HERE.

It is mainly an obligation to add to the Commercial Register the identification data of the partner (birth number or ID number), respectively other bodies of company, e. g. manager, procurator, liquidator, etc. Likewise, organizational units are obligated to confirm the accuracy of individual data that are entered in the Commercial Register.

In this way, we would like to draw your attention again to the mentioned changes and also to the obligation arising from them, as failure to comply with them risks deleting them from the Commercial Register or a fine.

If you would like to find out about all obligations related to the amendment to the Commercial Code and the Commercial Register, we will be happy to provide you with the necessary information. At the same time, we will be happy to relieve you of this agenda and solve all the essentials for you, thus guaranteeing a possible fine up to 3310 EUR. So do not hesitate to contact us.
