What is electronic mailbox for? Mailbox of your company is for receiving of e-documents. Communication through mailbox replace the communication with the public authorities and it is equivalent to receiving and delivering of documents in paper form.

About the fact how important is regular checking of electronic mailbox has convinced one of our client. Unfortunately, he found out about execution when his bank accounts were blocked. Whole situation arose as a result of the fact that he had no information about the receipt of the order for payment and he was also not aware of the fact that his company had received notice of the commencement of the execution, which had been delivered to the company’s electronic mailbox. Client has paid for the fiction of delivery, which is valid after delivery of the message to the electronic mailbox regardless of the knowledge of the content received message.
