On February 6, 2019 an annual Tax seminar was held for members of foreign chambers of commerce in the Slovak Republic. This year the seminar was organized by VGD Slovakia s.r.o. in collaboration with Grant Thornton Consulting, k.s. 

Around 140 participants attended a Tax seminar organized at the Radisson Blu Carlton Hotel.

The main topics were the changes in tax legislation that entrepreneurs have to face from the beginning of 2019. The seminar was mainly focused on legislative changes in VAT, e-Kass, income tax, transfer pricing, international taxation and the introduction of new taxes and contributions.

The topic of providing intra-groupe consulting services and proving their provision in the case of tax audits raised great discussion with the participants.
