You can postpone your premiums until 2023
The Regulation of the Government of the Slovak Republic postpones the maturity of social insurance premiums for the months of March, May, June, July, December 2020 and for the months of January, February, March and April 2021.
The new payment deadlines for social insurance premiums for the employer and for self-employed persons are as follows:
- for March 2020 to 30 September 2021
- for May 2020 to 31 December 2021
- for June 2020 to 31 March 2022
- for July 2020 to 30 June 2022
- for December 2020 to 30 September 2022
- for January 2021 to 31 December 2022
- for February 2021 to 31 March 2023
- for March 2021 to 30 June 2023
- for April 2021 to 30 September 2023
Payers who have submitted to the Social Insurance Agency a solemn declaration proving that the conditions for the possibility of deferral of premiums for the month of March, May, June, July, December 2020, January, February, March and April 2021 no longer need to submit to the Social Insurance Agency another affidavit on the extension of the maturity for these months, nor any other documents.
